Vital Hartlepool Awards: Best Opponents

The Vital Hartlepool Awards continue and today we reveal who you voted our best League One opponent this year.

11 teams were nominated for the award, including eventual winners Brighton, Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield.

But the award goes to Southampton, the south coast side were held to a 0-0 draw by Pools at Victoria Park in February while Pools fell to a 2-0 defeat in the return fixture during April.
