Uruguayan Fabian Yantorno Given Pools Trial

Hartlepool United have handed a trial to Uruguayan midfielder Fabian Yantorno.

Pools handed a number of trials out to perspective new signing and Yantorno, 27, comes to the club having been released by Chester City at the start of last season, where he had worked with Pools coach Mick Wadsworth.

Earlier in his career Yantorno spent time at Scottish sides Hibernian and Grenta and was most recently at Atenas de San Carlos, a team in the Uruguayan second tier.

Wadsworth has already handed a trial to Paul Murray who he worked with at several of his past clubs.
