Hartlepool United’s Chris Turner has revealed his delight at the appointment of Mick Wadsworth as a coach at the club.
With pre-season training due to start soon, Turner was pleased to have a new face on his coaching staff ”I’m absolutely delighted to have Mick coming to work at Hartlepool United.
”His experience within the game is immense and he has worked with players in the Premier League, world class players at times.”
Wadsworth has been out of a job since last September when he was sacked by Chester City and Turner is sure he’ll be a good appointment.
”His enthusiasm and passion have shone through whenever I’ve spoken to him about the challenges that lie ahead at the Club.
”He’ll be in charge on the training ground as he was under Sir Bobby at Newcastle and I know that the players will gain a great wealth of knowledge over the coming season.” he told the official site.

I liked what he had to say on pools player, lets hope he can bring some good players through the youth ranks and get the lads playing where turner could not
