Newcastle Face Pools In Friendly

Hartlepool United have announced another pre season fixture, this time we will face Newcastle United at the Vic.

The game will take place on July 17th with kick off at 7.30pm. Newcastle have travelled to Pools for pre season games before and are expected to bring a large following to the match.

Sam Allardyce will be looking to get off to a good start as Newcastle boss but Pools will be a tough challenge for his side.

In other friendly news HUFC will also travel to Consett on August 2nd as part of last seasons transfer deal which brought Michael Mackay to Pools.

Yet to be arranged is our annual friendly at Bilingham Town.
