Liddle And Kennedy Next

Hartlepool United boss Danny Wilson is expected to wrap up two more transfer deals today with the arrivals of Gary Liddle and Jason Kennedy from neighbours Middlesbrough.

Midfielder Liddle and striker Kennedy were both part of the Middlesbrough youth team who won the FA Youth Cup in 2004.

Liddle spent a year on the sidelines with a serious back injury and has yet to feature for the Boro first team. Kennedy made his debut in April 2005 coming on as an 86th minute subsitute against Fulham at the Riverside. The striker than had to wait over a year for his second first team apparance as he played 85 minutes of Boro’s defeat to Fulham at Craven Cottage in May of this year.
