Hartlepool United have completed the signing of Manchester United midfielder Richie Jones.
The 21-year-old was released by the Red Devils at the end after spending time on loan at our League One rivals Yeovil Town.
Jones has also spent time on loan at Barnsley and Colchester United and has played in Man United’s first team 5 times.

Highly rated by Sir Alex who recomended Jones to Aberdeen fc which Jones turned down. Jones also turned down Burnley Hearts Swindon Tranmere Oldham Walsall Port Vale and Yeovil to join Hartlepool Fc. There is a lot of sour grapes going round because Jones didn`t join these clubs.
