Hartlepool United caretaker boss Mick Wadsworth has praised Pools fans ahead of a crucial game with Exeter this weekend.
The game against the Grecians will be Wadsworth’s sixth in charge and says that the togetherness at the club has played a big part in his success in the role so far.
”This is a club that has got really tight togetherness and it’s a smashing place to work because of that. We really stick up for each other and I like that camaraderie.”
He told the Echo that Pools fans provided good backing to the team, something that will be needed on Saturday ”We’ve got a tight bunch of fans who are fantastic and this team will do okay I’m sure.”
