Hartlepool United’s Chris Turner says he hopes the club will continue their appeal against the recent points deduction.
Despite losing 3 points, Pools survived on the final day of the season with the draw at Brentford. However, Turner wants the club’s appeal to remain in place.
”I personally hope we continue the appeal. It affects everyone in the town and good people who support this club up and down the country all year. The timing of it was an absolute disgrace.” he told the Mail.
”You get your 52 points and the season is over. Then suddenly, someone chops your legs off and you might go down to League Two.”

I think it is a ‘Pointless’ crusade which we have nothing to gain and too much to lose. if you are trying to show your passion for the club CT you are doing it in the wrong way.
I can understand his fustration with the timing but the deduction was fair. The FL have a habit of dropping things on teams (suspensions etc) the day before a match. (Huddersfield Fan)
