Hartlepool United have made 6 changes to their fixtures for the upcoming season.

A total of 4 games have been switched to Friday nights with 2 away games making a similar switch.

The first home game to move is the Cheltenham game which moves to September 12. The match against Swindon comes forward to Friday October 3.

Just before Christmas the game against Southend is switched to December 19 with the Northampton match moved to January 16.

Pools reverse fixture with the Cobblers is moved to October 10 with Southend away now being played on March 27.

All games kick off a 7:45pm.

    Why are they mostly long distance fixtures that have been moved? That doesn’t really give fans of the away team much chance to make it on a Friday night.
