Hartlepool United boss Danny Wilson admits that he is pleased with the pre season games the club have lined up.
Pools will host a Centenary Tournament featuring Huddersfield and Sunderland, Wilson said this was a good idea ”It’s something a little bit different from the norm and I have to say that the package the Club has put together is excellent.”
He told the official site that it’ll be a good test ”We’ll have to cross our fingers that the weather is good that weekend because if the sun is out it will be a fantastic couple of days.”
”With two games over two days it will give us a chance to have a look at everybody in the squad so it’s something to look forward to.”

Hope Wilson takes you places next season
I am told Sunderland will be sending a reserve team. Huddersfield have fixed their Centenary game with Arsenal whilst out fixtures include Falkirk and York. I for one was hoping we might get the European Champions – even their reserve team for our big Centenary Game.
