Wilson: ‘I Don’t Want Boyd Back’

We’re a bit short up front and Luton are willing to offload Adam Boyd and many fans thought this to be the perfect match but boss Danny Wilson insists this isn’t the case.

Wilson said that he realises that he’s a good player but doesn’t want him back ‘Adam is obviously very popular at the club and scored a lot of goals here, but speculation linking him with a return is wide of the mark.’

He went on to tell Sky that he’s now happy with his current squad ‘I’ve got the team I want now and even though he’s a quality player I’ve no interest in bringing him back here.’

I’m still torn over whether it would be good to bring him back, it’s looks like it doesn’t matter anyway as Wilson has denied interest.
