Hartlepool were beaten by Grimsby in League 2 on Saturday.

The Hartlepool two game unbeaten run came to an end when Pools – who have only won three of their last 10 – were beaten at Victoria Park by Grimsby.

Adi Yussuf scored the winner for the Mariners’ have now won back-to-back games to move to within three points of the play-offs.

  • Its a results based game and we are in a deep relegation battle when we are equating to a point a game. Interesting view in the Echo tippy tappy pretty but another defeat , better side again Blackpool revisited.Last 4 games 3 at home 4 points only, I hoped for 7. We need results not close defeats. I dont know what the answer is but its very frustrating to watch it unfold from afar. What is the answer ?? You Pools keep the faith worry beads are still packed away……………………..but I have looked at them…….
