Hartlepool drew with Crewe in League 2 on Tuesday.

Paynter could have put Hartlepool ahead, not taking that saw Crewe punish Pools with Dagnall putting them ahead just past the half hour mark. Magnay’s curling effort just ahead of half time had Hartlepool level but Crewe struck on half time to go two-one up at the break when Kiwomya scored.

Crewe opened up a two-goal lead early in the second half through Cooper but Hartlepool had hope again when Amond pulled one back in the final 20-minutes with Magnay’s header four-minutes later making it three-three and earning Pools a point.
