Collins garnered nearly 40% of the votes and was well ahead of his defensive partner Gary Liddle who got a quarter of the vote.
Andy Monkhouse, Pools top scorer in the league this season, finished a respectable third with Ritchie Jones and Antony Sweeney rounding off the top 5.
