Pools New Signing Awaits New Season

Pools latest signing Jamie McCunnie has revealed he is looking forward to his first year in English football

The former Scottish Under 21 international said ‘I’m really looking forward to it and I think it could be an exciting season.’

McCunnie ended last season in the centre of the Dunfirmline midfield but told the official website he has played in several positions in his career ‘I started off my career as a right-back but then moved into the middle of the park and towards the end of the season I played out on the right and in central midfield.’

The Scottish Cup finalist is willing to play anywhere for his new side ‘There are a few different positions I can play in and I’m just looking forward to the new season.’
