By popular request we’ve decided to reveal the entire top 20 players from our recent Player Of The Decade vote.

We’ve seen the top 10 countdown which was won by Joel Porter but now it’s time to take a look at those who finished just outside the top 10.

20. Marco Gabbiadini
2003-2003, 18 appearances, 7 goals
The former Darlington striker made the shock move to Victoria Park in the summer of 2003 and was still able to wow fans with his sublime skill. The mazy run to score a winning goal at Stockport was a highlight but his stay with the club was cut short after an injury forced him to retire.

19. Ben Clark
2004-present, 180 appearances, 6 goals
The Sunderland defender made the move to Pools in 2004 and, despite taking time to settle at the club, won fans over with a series of strong performances, forming a strong partnership with Michael Nelson.

18. Tommy Widdrington
2001-2003, 61 appearances, 5 goals
Brought in to toughen up Pools midfield, the former Southampton man added some much needed steel to the side as Pools reached the play-offs for a third time and then won promotion from the Third Division.

17. Antony Sweeney
2001-present, 278 appearances, 36 goals
Sweeney was a mainstay of the Pools side that reached Cardiff in 2005 and his eye for goal and whole-hearted performances won endeared him to the Victoria Park faithful.

16. Andy Monkhouse
2006-present, 138 appearances, 25 goals
Monkhouse joined on loan from Swindon Town and immediately made and impact at the Vic. His move was made permanent soon after and was a key part of Pools promotion winning side of 2007.
