After his release last month Phil Turnbull has been signed up to a club next season.
Turnbull has put pen to paper at York City and joins former Poolie Darren Craddock at Bootham Crescent.
He played just once in his time at Pools, last seasons 3-1 win over Rotherham in the JP Cup being his only appearence.
Turnbull played the game in an unfamiliar right back role rather than his preferred central midfield berth.
