The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game between Blackpool and Hartlepool United this Saturday.

Blackpool host Hartlepool United on Saturday March 25 for the game at Bloomfield Road and the match carries a 3pm kick off.

Match Day referee England has officiated 35 games in 2016/17, with a return of 97 yellow cards and seven red cards.

His highest card count this season was seven yellows in the game between Cheltenham Town and Yeovil Town.

He took in 30 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 97 yellow cards and six red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Accrington and Mansfield on August 18 with a total of ten yellows being shown. He also showed eight yellows and one red in the Portsmouth v Barnet match on September 12.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of the players edge closer to automatic bans.
