The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Cheltenham Town this Saturday.

Hartlepool United travel to Cheltenham Town on Saturday April 29 for the game at Whaddon Road and the match carries a 3pm kick off.

Referee: Ben Toner
Linesmen: Lee Venamore and Christopher Husband
Fourth Official: Daniel Leach

Match Day referee Toner has officiated 35 games in 2016/17 with a return of 118 yellow cards and five red cards.

His highest card count this season was eight yellows and one red in the game between Bury and Bristol Rovers.

He took in 28 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 101 yellow cards and six red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Mansfield and Oxford on August 22 with a total of nine yellows being shown.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
