With all playing 45 League Two games in the 2016/17 season, this year could still see a few players break the 20 goal mark.
With goalscoring so far this season, the Golden Boot race is pretty much a two player race with John Akinde (Barnet) and John Marquis (Doncaster Rovers) clear of the rest of the pack.
Danny Hylton (Luton Town), Matthew Godden (Stevenage), Omar Bogle (Grimsby Town) and James Collins (Crawley Town) are the next best placed to take the recognition this season but with one game remaining in the campaign, only hattricks or more would now get them close.
Those on 17 or below, well it would be an incredible final day for them to come into the mix you would think.
So limited to those with 13 or more strikes so far this campaign, here’s how the table currently sits.
