The League 2 season concludes with weekend games, with all played on Saturday. Among this schedule is a game for Hartlepool against Plymouth at Home Park with this a 3pm kick-off.

In the last game Hartlepool were beaten two-nil at Victoria Park by promotion chasing Portsmouth as the Pools home campaign ended with defeat.

Craig Hignett has ensured we’ll be in League 2 again next season with this campaign ending at another promotion chasing side Plymouth.

What will happen in this one though?
