An article suggestion from bert lynch – this time they focus on the changes being made by Hartlepool boss Craig Hignett, which Bert feels isn’t doing Pools any favours.

If a settled back line and formation were opted for it is believed this could bring continuity and with it some much needed points!

Anyway, I’ll hand you over to Bert to explain more but do let us know if you agree?

There is a saying KISS. Keep it simple stupid!!

I am a fan of Craig Hignett but he keeps swapping the full backs, the centre halves, the formations and then complains about mistakes.

Craig, keep the back FOUR settled so the players play with each other. Get some protection in front of the back FOUR so that centre halves are not playing full back and giving away a penalty and goals every game.

Pools have lost their way since swapping and changing from 3-5-1 to 4-4-2 to 3-5-1 to 4-4-2.

They need it simple to follow and perform…………… please.

You Pools, keep the faith.
