Hartlepool United Reserves fell to their biggest defeat of the season so far as Lincoln City smashed 4 past a helpless Pools second string.

Pools had several first teamers in the line-up against Lincoln including Ben Clark, Ritchie Jones, Jon-Andre Fredriksen and Billy Greulich but were unable to prevent the Imps from running riot at Bedford Terrace.

Striker Lenell John-Lewis opened the scoring in the first half before adding a second soon after. His striker partner Andrew Hutchinson grabbed a third goal before winger Khano Smith completed the rout.

After a strong start to the season Pools have now lost their last 5 games, they face Sunderland Reserves in the Totesport Cup next week.
