Hartlepool United Director of Sport Chris Turner has made it clear than no bids will be made for either Joe Skarz or Keigan Parker.

Both players joined Pools on loan from Huddersfield but Parker failed to impress with his lacklustre performances as he failed to score in 9 starts.

Skarz fared better but Chris Turner has made it clear that he is keen to bring in players in permanently and the Terriers are unlikely to part with their highly thought after player.

”Joe is only 19 and came into a very difficult situation.” Turner commented to the Hartlepool Mail.

”We eased him into it and then he played in the last four or five games and he did better with each game. He’s got a quality left foot, pace and he is somebody I’m sure we’ll look at it if he becomes available.”
