Hartlepool: Bridges On Brink Of Loan

Michael Bridges seems certain to be leaving Hull in the next few days after he was withdrawn from a reserve team game yesterday.

Bridges was due to play for the Tigers second string but was removed from the squad to prevent him picking up an injury which would prevent a loan deal.

Along with Pools the striker has been linked with his former side Carlisle, Leeds and Preston while a potential move to League Two outfit Grimsby only collapsed after the sides couldn’t agree terms. SportHull also reports a move to Sydney FC could be on the cards too.

I think all Poolies would welcome this exciting signing ahead of the key match with Bristol Rovers this Friday.
