Hartlepool defender Godwin Antwi could be out for 4 weeks after picking up a hamstring injury in the win over Doncaster.

Antwi, who is on loan from Liverpool, limped off with 15 minutes of the game left after scoring the opening goal of the game.

Ben Clark will deputise in Antwi’s absence and Danny Wilson told Pools World that he his squad can cope ‘It’s a bit of a blow but we have a great squad and this is the type of reason that we carry the squad that we are doing.’

Wilson also hopes the defender will be back sooner than expected ‘With a hamstring problem you’re usually looking at three to four weeks, we’ll see how he progresses and we’re hoping it’ll be sooner but who knows.’
